										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This initiative will provide Indigenous trainees with a valuable opportunity to receive training and industry experience. The ADaPT program, which was launched in early 2023, is geared towards upskilling Indigenous people for white-collar positions such as drafting and planning.</p>
<p>RASP Australia welcomed its first trainee for the ADAPT program in February 2023. We are currently seeking businesses willing to participate in the ADAPT program by offering on-the-job experience and short-term placements to provide valuable industry exposure.</p>

<p>It was a pleasure for the RASP team to meet the Darwin businesses, other exhibitors and even some students from the local schools who participated in the event to see some of the latest technology from an array of businesses.</p>
<p>RASP were able to demonstrate 4D Planning , 3D Drafting and Point Cloud Surveying as well as the Hololens for 3D Construction and Maintenance Models.</p>
<p>Once again, A big thank you to BAE for inviting RASP.</p>
