										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This initiative will provide Indigenous trainees with a valuable opportunity to receive training and industry experience. The ADaPT program, which was launched in early 2023, is geared towards upskilling Indigenous people for white-collar positions such as drafting and planning.</p>
<p>RASP Australia welcomed its first trainee for the ADAPT program in February 2023. We are currently seeking businesses willing to participate in the ADAPT program by offering on-the-job experience and short-term placements to provide valuable industry exposure.</p>

<p>Schedule and skills will be made available with request as this is a specific to the trainee&#8217;s program and desired outcome.<br />
Before deployment our trainees go through the following training:</p>

<li>Revit &#8211; with our experienced Architecture team</li>
<li>AutoCAD &#8211; Designed by CAD leaders</li>
<li>Microstation &#8211; Designed by CAD leaders</li>
<li>Leadership development</li>
