Richard Tester a Noongar man and member of the Southwest Aboriginal Land and Sea Council founded the company in 2013 under the Red Arrow Group banner. The company originally provided project planning support and in 2017 due to the growth of the business, expanded its services into Project Management, Design and Engineering.
Before founding RASP, Richard was previously the Construction and Maintenance Manager for RCR Tomlinson and went on to become the General Manager of ThyssenKrupp Australia, managing projects in Australia and fabrication facilities in China later moving on again to be the CEO of Gravity Cranes.
Richard & his dedicated team have grown RASP to become Australia’s Leading Indigenous EPCM Provider over the last 9 years serving a variety of clients over a diverse range of industries. RASP has worked on major projects throughout Australia, Germany, Qatar & Dubai.
