ADaPT (Aboriginal Drafting and Planning Traineeship)
This initiative will provide Indigenous trainees with a valuable opportunity to receive training and industry experience. The ADaPT program, which was launched in early 2023, is geared towards upskilling Indigenous people for white-collar positions such as drafting and planning.
RASP Australia welcomed its first trainee for the ADAPT program in February 2023. We are currently seeking businesses willing to participate in the ADAPT program by offering on-the-job experience and short-term placements to provide valuable industry exposure.

Schedule & Skills
Schedule and skills will be made available with request as this is a specific to the trainee’s program and desired outcome.
Before deployment our trainees go through the following training:
- Revit – with our experienced Architecture team
- AutoCAD – Designed by CAD leaders
- Microstation – Designed by CAD leaders
- Leadership development
